Waite Group MS-DOS Developer's Guide 2nd edition has much source code
but no disk. Anyone have a PDF, or the source code? It's a lot to type
in.

While searching for that, I found a source code disk for another book,
Wiliams DOS 6: A Developer's Guide:

And I refuse to login.

Pity.

And I refuse to login.
:-) I did not even think that far. The fact that requirement was not
mentioned made it look like some kind of baiting, and I stopped
there-and-then.

And thats apart from the problem that that data is retrieved from the
way-back(-when) machine, and the needed software and password might likely
both be dead as a doornail.

And oh yeah, I do not like to have to install some random software just to
look at a book.

The vetusware link is for Willams book, not MS-DOS Developer's Guide.
You got that wrong in your review at archive, org

I borrowed the book with Adobe Digital Editions and tried to copy/paste
text, but it doesn't work. Disallowed for that book it seems.
